Emplace Care was formed in May 2023. Emplace Care is a committed and passionate company dedicated to improving the lives, aspirations, experiences, and outcomes of children who are looked after. 

Emplace Care senior leaders have many years of experience and expertise from working in various social care settings bringing exceptional knowledge, passion, and experience to support children in various care settings to achieve positive outcomes.

Emplace Care's primary focus is ensuring every child lives, grows, and thrives in an environment where they are understood, nurtured, valued, supported, developed, and feel stable and safe. 

Rainbow House is our first children’s home, and we are enthusiastic for this home to be representative of our ethos and core values. Every child who comes to live at Rainbow House will receive the environment, care and nurture that would be expected of our own child. 

Children will be supported to have fun, play, grow and learn. We are passionate for children to explore their own uniqueness, develop hobbies, interests, life skills, resilience and independence supporting their transition into adulthood.
